Despite the common myth that says “Leaders are born,” there are many examples of leaders who have grown through ongoing skill development. At Qualitest, we constantly support the need for our employees to upskill and bolster their existing talent. Leadership trainings have multifaceted benefits to employees as well as the organization, including better performance, enhanced decision-making skills, increased productivity and ultimately better results.

To support this ongoing development, Qualitest is excited to launch a new initiative in the UK to obtain an internationally accredited ILM Qualification at Level 3 and Level 5. Applications to join the program are available to all Qualitest employees (in both Delivery and Enablement).
The course aims at providing and enhancing leadership and management skills and was launched in London in the 3rd week of August. The first group of selected employees were thrilled to be a part of this program, and after a full-day induction at the London office the team was able to celebrate at dinner with the Leadership Team.
“I joined the course because I want to improve the way I lead and manage people and projects. Most of my knowledge in this area is self-taught or learnt from experience, and mistakes. I’m really looking forward to learning the textbook approaches,” said Anthony White, Associate VP, BFSI. “I really enjoyed the kickoff today and am excited to be a part of a strong Qualitest team participating in the course.”
And Test Manager Jimi Das says, “I joined the course to strengthen my existing skills and at the same time to learn the business management side of things such, as operational management, project management etc. The end goal is to support clients more efficiently and of course to fast track my career progression too. I am very proud of being part of this program and would like to thank QT for giving me the opportunity to shape my career towards the right direction.”
