Our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Policy
Qualitest believes that a responsible approach towards our employees, clients, local communities, the environment and society is an essential part of our success.
Qualitest Group behaves as a responsible business and seeks to have a positive impact on society and the environment. By taking an active approach to consider Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) issues in our business operations, we aim to reduce risks and explore new opportunities to serve our customers interests and society at large.
Qualitest recognizes that the focus on the societal impact of businesses and performance on wider ESG factors has increased in recent years, with growing interest from a range of stakeholders including investors and clients. We believe that the foundation for effective ESG management is robust and transparent governance and integration of these considerations into the way that we do business. This includes alignment with our overall strategy and embedding relevant matters into our risk management framework and our product and service offering.
We are committed.
We are constantly challenging ourselves to reduce our environmental impact and this year we
have signed up with the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings as a
step towards that. Qualitest has a defined set activities to further progress our Environmental
initiatives. Qualitest actively participates in environmental and social welfare activities in all our local communities, including tree-planting, well-digging and community-based technology recycling programs.
We maximize our use of energy saving technologies as a key factor in all premises.
We operate paperless offices.
We provide technology to remove the need for travel – home working is and always has been a Qualitest policy, with Global initiatives like “no-travel” days.
We practice ‘Cloud First’ approach for our internal applications and data storage.
We include environmental accreditations within our procurement processes and give preference to suppliers who meet required environmental standards.
