Our Client was implementing Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) with a main focus on ensuring simplified, streamlined modules related to recruitment, onboarding, core HR activities, organization hierarchy, and performance.

They needed a partner to help integrate their Workday with Oracle Cloud and other outbound applications, as well as validate and transmit HR transaction data to 100+ internal apps supporting various subsidiaries around the United States.

Execution of this challenging task required deep expertise in Workday, automation, and a working understanding of the Client’s business processes, calculated database fields, reports, and other related factors. With numerous successful Workday projects to our credit, Qualitest was well-prepared to take on the challenge.

Qualitest deployed an experienced Workday team, who analyzed the integrations and recommended test automation as a solution. After considering a number of test automation tools, the team selected Tricentis TOSCA as the best one for the task.

Leveraging the extensive Qualitest library of unit and integration test cases, our engineers created more than 400 automated tests, which they also used for upgrade and regression testing. In addition, they created several variations and data-driven tests to support Client business requirements and state localization regulations and guidelines.
