Our Client is an outsourcer for vehicle insurance claims management in the UK, in a manner that represents end-to-end coverage of the claims process.
Our Client was introducing a new overarching 3rd party vendor solution to replace their current systems to support the enhancement of a new target operating model. They had no structured internal testing capability. They wanted to build an internal test department capable of ensuring that the new solution delivered the specified functionality and supported their business processes.
Qualitest reviewed the testing approach and designed and implemented fully auditable test procedures and processes appropriate to their needs. We then trained, managed, mentored and supported the in-house test team throughout the migration to the new solution and the transition to the new target operating model (implementing appropriate best practices) providing expert consultants as and when required to ensure success.
We were able to support our Client for several years during a time of significant organizational change. We understood and protected their business context, and raised their internal testing capability to an appropriate level.
