Winner is a leader in gaming technology and aims to deliver the optimum online gambling experience to millions of consumers around the world. Winner offers a wide variety of betting games – from online slot games to card games like poker, blackjack and roulette.

Business Needs and Objectives

The client had a need  for assistance in expanding the accessibility of their application and  required verification of the registration process functioning in many countries worldwide.

The client contacted Qualitest to ensure that the application worked as required for all users across the globe. After evaluating the customer’s requirements, Qualitest recommended the Crowd Testing Solution, which is managed by a Qualitest Crowd Testing Specialist. The application is optimized for multiple languages, regions and browsers. However, there were obstructions on the application within a number of countries.

The Qualitest Solution

QualiTest created a test approach and solution based on our unique Managed Crowd Testing Service. During each month of the project there were two testing cycles and Qualitest allocated testing in 2 countries with 15 testers in each country, so that the tests could be executed across multiple devices. Qualitest also recruited a  tester from the subsidiary company in India to strengthen the testing capability of the different versions of the application.

The testers were selected because they met the client’s demographic requirements and testing needs including, accessibility to specific mobile device types and the ability to test and support all of the required browsers.

A significant amount of testing was achieved within in a short time frame,  with Qualitest’s Senior Crowd Testing Specialist successfully  leading the testers through the Functional, Localization, Exploratory, Verification, log in, UI, GUI and Usability Testing.
