How to update Additional Details for Office

Introduction:

Office 365 does not support updating of Additional Details. This can be performed using Outlook.

Requirements:

An Office 365 account and Microsoft Outlook.

Procedure:

Office 365 does not allow a user to update Additional Details. A workaround to do this is to locate your contact in the address book from Outlook 2010 or 2013.

Click the Add to Contacts button and add additional details as needed.

Save and Close the file once complete.
