Traditionally, Pride is celebrated with parades and marches across the globe. Some of the world’s largest Pride marches are held in New York City, Rio de Janeiro, Madrid, London and Tel Aviv. Due to Covid, many marches have been cancelled or postponed. However, this doesn’t mean the events have to stop! Many people have been finding ways to celebrate virtually and remotely.
Qualitest is proud (pun intended) and excited to announce that we have joined as a member of the LGBTech Professional Employers Program. LGBTech is an organization dedicated to the advancement of diversity and inclusion of LGBTQ+ in the Israeli employment market.
The program sets out to promote equality by promoting the equity of diverse groups, which means removing structural barriers that prevent these groups from advancing or integrating.
The program includes professional tools and consultancy as well as identifying opportunities within the company for the inclusion of LGBTQ+ employees and an exclusive seminar held for the senior management and HR teams within the organization.
