Qualitest Group, a global leader in quality assurance and software testing services announced today the acquisition of Dutch testing company Four Oaks.
Four Oaks, founded in 2001, is one of the largest testing companies in the Netherlands with a strong presence in the government, retail, banking and insurance industries. Qualitest Group is a global leading QA and software testing services provider with over 1000 testing experts and experience from hundreds of competed projects. All Four Oaks employees and managers shall join forces with Qualitest’s current Dutch team to create one of the largest independent software testing companies in the Netherlands.
“Four Oaks, with extensive Dutch experience, techniques and tolls – and Qualitest Group, with innovative business solutions and testing approach – now offer the Dutch market a new way of testing,” said Ayal Zylberman, Qualitest President. “Our experience in the Dutch market shows that traditional solutions focused on staff augmentation do not provide the full benefit to the customer.
