[LONDON, 28 May, 2018] – QualiTest Group, the world’s largest pure play software testing and business assurance company, announced today it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire NCC Group SDLC Limited, the software testing business unit of NCC Group plc (“NCC Group”).
NCC Group’s Software Testing division is a leading provider of tailored solutions in software testing, quality assurance and test consultancy in the UK, including performance and functional testing, bespoke automation tools and digital transformation assurance services.
The acquisition of NCC Group Software Testing’s blue-chip customer base will expand QualiTest’s presence in the UK and significantly enhance the value proposition for all customers of the combined business through the pooling of each company’s respective knowledge and expertise. NCC Group’s Software Testing customers will have access to a broader suite of services delivered by over 3,000 testing professionals globally, while QualiTest customers will benefit from NCC Group’s domain experience, particularly in financial services and public-sector projects.
