In this project, FUNTASY has become primary tool for testing cell phone applications using web communications. Tests are carried out by using non-GUI elements of the application, such as sending direct API transactions rather than using the application GUI elements. It replaced a manual process that required elaborate systems and highly qualified manpower and enabled the entire testing team to do automated testing without the need for coding knowledge.
